Inspection before shipment

Packages
For normal package, we have three packing way for your reference.

1. One-side PE film or Double-side PE films
80%customers will choose pack sheets with one-side PE film to protect sheets from dust and scratch during shipment. Then we will use craft paper to pack each corner of sheets carefully, finally, we use PE bags to pack full sheets again.

2.Export pallets packages
Some customers use pallets package, which is very convenient and fast, safe. This is very good for shipment and unload sheets. Of course, if labor cost is low, you can choose pack the 1st way, if not, it's better to choose this way.

3. Carton box package
Also, many customers like pack sheets with carton boxes, easier to sell in one box. It depends on your market need.


FAQS:
1. Can PVC FOAM BOARD be used outside?
Yes, dear. If you would like to use pvc foam board outside, you will need seal the edges with a pvc cement to prevent it absorbing water.
That will be perfect. If not, it will be also ok.

2. Does PVC have a fire rating?
Yes, Pvc foam board has a Class 1 fire meaning it will self extinguish. More strictly, SGS tested our sheet, it is GRADE B fire rate.

3. Is pvc foam board rigid or flexible?
This mainly depends on thickness you purchased. Thinner pvc sheet like 2mm 3mm will be very flexible whereas thicker pvc sheet like 8mm 10mm 16mm will be much more rigid.
